We want to keep you up to date with everything we're doing this month at Treadly. This month in particular marks the beginning of some pretty massive changes here which will cover opening hours, a new workshop focus and staff changes!

We're focusing on custom builds and customising bikes!

Going forward from March, the workshop will be focused on building up custom bikes and making changes to the bikes you've already got. We will continue with our regular servicing in between those, but would love to be seeing more custom builds go out the door! Whether you want to start from scratch or you have a box of parts and a frame ready to go in the garage, we'd love to hear from you!

This month's big news: Reduced opening hours and staff!

Several factors have contributed to this, but from Monday, February 18, Treadly will return to trading from 10am-5pm, Tuesday - Saturday. We will also be saying goodbye to Jake and Andy at the end of this month, with Sam running things at the Ebenezer Place store (and Finn returning to Treadly On Campus from Feb 20). This will be a significant departure from how things have run for the last two years while Jake and Andy have been here, and we will be sad to see them go. Growing Treadly to the place it is in now simply would not have been possible without their professionalism, dedication and willingness to go above and beyond simply because they love bikes and getting people on them. We wish them both all the best in the future, with Jake moving into a role at Cycling South Australia as Events Coordinator and Andy pursuing his passion for photography and taking on more photo work (book him for photo work: Fame & Spear Photography)! Feel free to drop past the shop in the next few weeks to buy them a coffee before they leave!

New products this month!

The focus over this Summer has been on bikepacking bags, with loads going out the door from Oveja Negra and Apidura, especially, but we've seen loads of people start to get into basket packing with bags from Framework Designs out of Melbourne (who came down for MAKER) and Porcelain Rocket (we were lucky enough to spend some time with Scott while he was here on a bike tour a few months back, lovely guy and excellent bags!). Click through both below!

New to us: the Garage Sale section!

We've found a whole lot of stock that's been here for way too long, and so we've put it all into one place over at the Garage Sale! Here you'll find ex-demo stock, old stock, scratch 'n' dent stock and some second hand stuff every now and then. It'll all be priced accordingly, but generally it'll be 20-50% off. Sift through the bargain bin over at the Garage Sale tab!
