With 8 gears, hydraulic disc brakes and weighing only 9.5 kg, the base 24 is a lightweight 24 inch kids bike built for everyday adventure. Its stable geometry, wide gear range and confident braking give young riders the features they need — and nothing they don’t.
The base 24 is generally ideal for kids aged 7.5 to 11 years, or between 125cm and 145cm tall.
We recommend a minimum inseam of 58cm, but for new or cautious riders, or if you are intending to use the pedal bike in balance bike mode initially (without the pedals), an inseam of at least 61cm will offer more comfort and confidence.
